GoDaddy screwed the pooch on my dedicated server this past week. Down for two days straight they finally have it back up and running. Apparently the first tech said it was due to a Windows Update (I didn't and can't install these) and the second tech who actually fixed the issue (as far as I can tell thus far) didn't mention what was done to fix the problem. All I know is my data and files are still here, and I was able to do a recent backup (thank god) I was hoping I didn't have to go medieval on their asses. I am now back to a normal resting heart rate.
